Your "common sense" assertions are not financial results.

Do you have any documentary evidence to support your claims?

Common sense. 3 shifts running at $22 per tape and only takes 1 employee per shift.

Common sense tells me that's a decent business, but not nearly the capitalization needed to support a publicly-traded company. I'm sure he could probably make a million or two a year with such a business. There's no growth prospects to make it viable trading vehicle, however.

Common sense. 3 shifts running at $22 per tape and only takes 1 employee per shift. The gross profit margins are through the roof. They had a major expansion on the tape reading business over the summer.

Plenty has changed since 2008. Dig deeper. Hell, they had more tape reading revenue in two days in 2009 at the tale end of June than they had in all of 2008 so it's silly to use 2008 as any kind of a measure of anything.

Tape Business 2009

2009 NET SALES 181,540
COST OF SALES 62,046

Gross Profit 119,494

rather disappointed in the 2009 tape revs stated in the 10k/a...thought the tape revs were going to pay for the p2o roll out?

thoughts?
