That is correct. There is no rule.

That is why I keep wondering why they don't announce their sales figures.

Had they announced good sales figures when the stock was .006, we might be at .02 right now.

That also means that, if they dilute another Billion shares, they would make 20 million dollars at .02 instead of 3 million at .003.

By the way...they make 3 MILLION dollars diluting a billion shares at .003.

That's just MATH. You have to wonder where all that money is going if it isn't being spent on advertising or bulbs.

(You can buy a lot of wholesale bulbs with 3 million dollars - and that is assuming they didn't dilute any shares higher than .003, which we all know they have).
