Since JBII tested only the Blest machine, it would only be sound science for IsleChem to test the same machine to confirm the initial results. The reason for that is the claim that it is the CATALYST that makes the process efficient, and not the equipment.
Once the results are confirmed, then JBII would run the larger machine at JBII Ontario, and produce data on it.
It does not make sense to ship a large machine from China to Ontario, unload it from the containers, and then reship the same machine to NY.
