behl would be providing materials so maybe it would be an independent company would supply the fuel for virgin. i hadn't thought of this. hmmmm good things are coming.

the better question is how prepared is behl to deliver goods needed for someone willing to pony up 20 million for his own PBR in the virgin islands to supply fuels to Virgin. hmmmm
