HGE, you don't get how government spending works. Of course, it goes to government agencies, but then it gets distributed out to the private industry to enable projects that improve schools, infrastructure, or technology research. Unfortunately, that link does not give you the breakdown. You can only find the breakdown by visiting Recovery.org.
