I'm thinking that JPMC will be delighted to pay WAMU the $8 which was turned down, perhaps $10 in settlement. They have already made a fortune since the theft and to settle at that original price would be great business for them, and as far as JPMC BOD JD will be a super- hero to have pulled this off.

FDIC is a different story, I don't think anyone knows what's possible here but getting us up to diamonds numbers doesn't seem unreasonable.

What's your thoughts as we enter the last laps of this marathon?
