Every stock there has a 50% short ratio. people don't understand that stock has 3 days+ of lag in devliery when executed

You might want to figure out what those actual numbers mean? While you are at it tell us why most companies have like 50% "short interests" on that list when shorting is actually a relatively small part of the market?
