wbmw, too bad more people are not taking a little time to ferrit out the areas where they agree. Especially in D.C. It is much easier and more fun to dismiss, mock, and hate those with a different point of view or demigog the issues rather than hammer out transparency. Our "Two Party System" good or bad includes a lot of different opinions within the "Two Paties" so Ron Paul is way different than John McCain or Evan Byah has a lot of disagreement with Harry Reid. Gov, like any other human interaction, works best when parties agree to find common ground. The Rotary 4 way test comes to mind. But since the stupid Clinton Impeachment, a terrible mistke by the Republicans imho, every issue is tooth and nail hard line partisan even if there are lots of areas where progress could be made. I am not one of the Obama bashers. Just a realist. Dems have had a year with total control and could not get Health Care Reform completed, not because of obstruction, because THEY either could not agree or didn't have the guts to get it done. If they had wanted Republican input, and cover, on the issue it would have gone much differently. Keep in mind I don't hold either party in high regard because they are just flavors in Big Government Box of Chocolates to me.... and you know what Forrest Gump had to say.... glty hge
