My point same as yours, he can't afford to do it all, so take care of citizens not banks...
Do you at least agree we'd like to save people's retirement/pension/investment accounts? Not to mention the many instances where people's savings and checking accounts were also tied to banks like Bank of America and other Too Big to Fail institutions....
That's what saving the banks was really all about, but I guess you could argue that investment don't mean much if you're out of work.
