Wonder if you could try to wake up raw (he posted about 10:00 this a.m. about just getting in from the first round of a bachelor's party) and ask if he knows who inked the deal with Sovereign in 2008? Figure Darwin musta been talkin' with somebody in co. before he incorporated Sovereign, with big talk about his connects to tribal casinos. I figure that I'm gonna be looking at a loss for awhile until smoke clears, but based on booked assets, solid deals in works on Continent and perhaps just a snafu on cash account questions abroad, co. is going in right direction. Just curious about who may need some cross-training in acquisition of information. These days w/ Net, it's not rocket science. Anybody can pony up forty bucks to do a background check (FICO, public records, etc.) and use that to determine if the person has reasonable accountability. Think about a guy living in a one bedroom, downstairs (height of bubble 200K) condo who's saying he can deliver $1mil in sales, inking a deal w/ him for licensing fees, and then going public w/ that PR to your shareholders. How many folks, perhaps even Darwin's "Agent" Jana Adkins, put up hard-earned cash, only to see their expectations dashed. Someone needs to be held accountable.
