Yes, of course, but we were not talking about the Feds owning Ihub, we were talking about the Feds owning Matt's home in Aliso Viejo (quite a nice million-dollar property, too, in a fairly new, gated community). The question posted by WayneR that I responded to was "What I want to know, is how does this affect my open invitation to stay at his house in California?"
Perhaps he bought that home with his proceeds from the sale of Ihub to advfn, or perhaps with his gains from fraud, who can say for sure? In any event, if you read the plea agreement posted here by link, it looks like the Feds do or will own that home shortly. . .
