It is positive, it has not been that high since last April, but there are two negative, it seems the move was induced by the possibility that IBM's "Cell" chip will require a license, and that we may not know till February. The second negative is congestion in the $25 to $25.5 area. I am not on the bu$$ for now, and since I still expect a swoon down here before Christmas, I may be able to get back on "on the cheap".
