Newly, ... "It is not their job to evaluate the contents of posts as to veracity (impossible anyway).

But it is IHUB's job (and it's entirely possible) to keep its employees from engaging in stock fraud themselves.

True, but as a publicly traded company itself Advfn should make sure that it's employees and websites that it maintains are operating within the law.

For instance if I'm an employee of X Company and an insider that needs to be disclosed.

If I'm a moderator on a stock website and an employee of the company moderating the website and I own stock in a company being posted about that should be disclosed as well.

Otherwise Ihub needs to think about changing their home page.

The Company
InvestorsHub.Com, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADVFN PLC, which trades on the London Stock Exchange as AFN.

The Site
Investors Hub ("iHub", as we call it) is built to provide a forum for serious investors to gather and share market insights in a dynamic environment using an advanced discussion platform. The site is designed to be clean and simple, allowing you to get the real-time market information you need, quickly and easily. Everything about the site is neat and fast!

If they want to be serious then let their employees disclose their positions or don't let them trade at all. In today's environment it's common place for websites such as Motley Fool for the writers to disclose their positions.

Otherwise you end up with the label that has been sadly pinned to Ihub. Just another penny stock board.
