Exactly, the Def14A is ANYTHING but DEFINITE - it leaves it wide open
My point is one is risking $11 to buy 1 shares of stock
Will they actually do the RS/FS - time will tell
Huge potential for a very nice return with very little risk
My other point is that by the time they actually decide what they are doing (on the daily list) - just before that - NITE will move the ask to $1001 or some other ridiculous amount and not allow more people in on the RS roundup/FS play.
