Yes, some would say in their vest pockets. You are ignoring the significant fact that this management team just changed head coaches (Clontz). We may have many of the same assistants (BoD), and the same QB (Merritt), but I heard this head coach is installing a new offense.

Honestly, I do not believe a regular dividend is a good move until 3g licensing issues are put to bed. I have stated many times that I believe that long term 3g success is "all about Nok". IDCC openly disagrees with me, but I believe we live in a business world based on MBA and JD mindsets today. Here are a few examples:

1. Our word is our bond until just after you sign the agreement.
2. If the contract seems overly broad, lengthy and in small print, there is a reason for that.
3. It depends on what the definition of is, is.
4. Trust me, I am your strategic partner.
5. Why pay, when others are not paying, after all, two wrongs do make a right, right.

Anyway, I believe the annual dividends will not be an event until we sign Nok and get out of the expensive litigation business.
