Ok. good morning gang.
I was mistaken as to who had called me. His name was Craig and I forget his last name. At first his call came on a restricted number at 10:00 P.M. and naturally I thought it was another bill collector. I was on the phone with him for 20 minutes. He is quite the talker. Now I am going to give a synopsis of what he said. I let him talk and I just listened for the most part.

1. The company has 20 million in assets.
2. The company is only going to issue PR's that they consider pertinent. They are not going to send PR's that are just full of fluff.
3. They are still working with Mosaic.
4. With the merger complete, and all these entities now involved the finacial auditing required to aquire the necessary lending Without dilution is no small task. There is a lot involved with this.
5. They are very excited about the contracts that they have been awarded. In the PR just sent put Craig he did not understand when the draft of the PR came out why they did not put the news of the goverment contracts etc, in the first paragraph? Management felt that since the businesses associated with their (art and printing) was the core of the company that should go first. After thinking about it Craig thought yes that is a good idea.
6. The company's first and foremost concern is achieving the goals of buiding this company. Obviously that is why the change in management to have someone at the helm who can pull all these entities together and run this thing.
Also, there is one of the company's in the merger that is in bankruptcy that they are going to cherry pick whatever they can from it.
7. The share price is not a priority at this time. As I said they are building a business to be profitable first and foremost.
8. There is probably a #8 but I can not think of it at this time. And there may also be a #9. lol
So please feel free to ask if you have a question, and I will see if we covered it. As the day goes on and if I remember anything else I will post it.
Yes there is a #8, it is time for my second cup of coffee.
