i found this "According to IMS, sales of granisetron hydrochloride injection for 2006 in the United States exceeded $43 million"

why are the sales of that drug so low?
appa has a reformulation of an old drug, im losing confidence. remidns me of anx situation with their formulation. but i guess it really doesnt matter all that matters is the fwd looking event.
