Mr. Dusablon served in The U.S. Navy as a Fire Control Electronics Technician. Some of his duties included the operation of the weapons Fire Control System, and the installation, operation, testing and maintenance of integrated electronic systems on a nuclear submarine. His training included the isolation and repair of module card and component level faults using computer diagnostics, schematics and portable test equipment, including precision soldering.
Mr. Dusablon has developed company-wide MIS plans for several fortune 500 companies. His Daily application of business administration skills and techniques has made it possible to pursue a successful consulting enterprise in a highly competitive environment.
Mr. Dusablon maintains the ability to reinstate the highest Security Clearances available to civilians of the United States. His Security Clearances ability will compliment those of IAE's current management team. His background in the U.S. Navy, working as a private contractor for the U.S. Government, along with his experience in working with Fortune 500 Companies will provide him with the necessary foundational skills for working with IAE's Military Aircraft Spare Parts products, U.S. Military Ally Countries and Foreign Governments who currently make-up IAE's customer base.
Mr. Dusablon’s educational background includes receiving a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. He received his Associates in Business Management Degree also from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. Other Technical credits attained include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, DBA, A+ Certified hardware and Network Specialist.
