Also agree. GOIG has many things in the pipeline. Flippers have been in and out, no problem with that, but imo make sure to have your shares in the 1st qtr.
You're right there are a lot of flippers but not sure about 90%. There are a decent amount of flippers and a certain percentage of people that aren't flippers but get impatient of the pps going down and feel pressured to sell before it goes too far down and then weeks or months later when the pps goes up they kick themselves.
