All the shares you are talking about entering the market took place over 3 years. In December the PPS was 1.25. From all the DD I've seen the reason for the drop is in January some restricted shares became free trading and people that had been holding on for years wanted to get out. Looks like they did. PPS dropped and bottomed out around .04 now its on a move back up. Not sure where it will hit some resistance. I think labeling a start-up company a scam because they needed to dilute for funds to get up and running is a false claim.
