I would have to disagree with that! If they can prove anything he got and sold during this time frame can be used to obtain a dollar amount of his ill gotten gains. That dollar amount can and most likely will be levied against his estate and any thing he may have sold or transferred since the charges were made.
I am sure he is wheeling and dealing now to reduce the years that will be takn out of his life, the heck with the dollar amount levied against him. The DOJ and SEC need some "good headlines" right now, so to cast a larger net and end up with a group much larger and possibly international, well that would be huge headlines.
Hopefully in his deal will be the reorganization of IHub.....it definitely needs a good cleaning....IMO....
It seems even when people plead guilty, there is always someone to say, "poor fellow" lets not digrace him...ex....Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods, OJ and some even try to make heros out of them....
What Matt Brown did was wrong, he broke the law and deserves to punished. So he developed a stock message board, but he used his position and that board to shaft others, again that is wrong....
Again what I look forward too is the list he provides the DOJ to reduce that 100 yrs......
