(1)The buy signal, if this is a real buy signal, and not
another "whipsaw" should result in a sharp nasdaq rise.
(2)Hal's buy signal require an up surge, which as shown on
the Header of the Hal Discussion Thread, some used to short AND MADE MONEY.
(3)There are now 4 methods of entering a Hal trade after Hal
gives a BUY SIGNAL. See #msg-467451
(3)After Hal's last 3 losses, additional programing increased
the the factors required for a BUY SIGNAL.
(4)The result should be fewer "whipsaws".
(5)The results should be fewer "buy signals"
(6)Buy only time will tell if this turns out to be true(g)
