whale, I thought we already agreed the last major portion of the large scale unit did not arrive till early Nov. 2009? Mid Sept. was when the first container arrived. What's the point? It's not been 10 months - we already agreed to that.
How long would you expect a newly designed piece of equipment take to engineer, implement, test and verify? Then have an independent reputable organization also test and verify? Of course not counting holidays. I have to go to work. I will discuss this after that or in private.
