Being on the cusp means you are close to the beginning of one sign and the end of another sign. It usually means you have traits of both signs. To know exactly what sign you are, you'd need to do a chart that takes into account the time of day and place of birth. Before PCs, I use to love to make charts by hand because I loved the math. Now it's really easy to get a chart done online for free. I never was very good at interpreting them though :)
