They are NOT coming off restriction.....get it?....And even if they were, they will get bought up....And there are LIMITS to how many shares can be sold at any one time.....as you very well know....Not to mention that a legal opinion needs to be filed before 144 shares can be unrestricted.....which is all irrelevant since the restriction is until Sept 2010........z

You keep saying the restriction is coming off the 3.5 million shares. You imply it will be dumped to crash the stock.
1. You have yet to prove that the shares are held or restricted, while Z and Raw have shown that the 3.5 setllement was cancelled. This would indicate that DOMARK would have the shares.
2. You imply the shares would be dumped. By who? DOMARK? How do you know they even would be dumped by anyone? The ONLY reason I can see for dumping is to try to ruin the compny, which would not happen anyway, in my opinion. What vendetta would cause this?
3. Most people seem to be opportunistic. This argues that if any selling were to be done it would be to maximize profit taking, which argues for lot sales, not dumpting.
Therefore, your arguement is first based upon false presumption, and second argued upon personal opinion opined as fact.
If I am incorrect, please provide your validation rather than hyperbole.
