lol doesn't matter what I think-- the fact is he has 3.5 million shares and it appears he was willing to settle for ~ 200k... not surprising as I have seen that happen...
... having said that 1.) the conditions haven't been met, and 2.) given the price surge from the time of that deal, odds are he has or is trying to unravel it-- also pretty common and I didn't see "air tightness" in that filing :-(
