Come to think about it, the report is great. The issue I have is with the SEC, they will not subponea data from the trading activities via DTCC. SEC excuses is "we are not allowed to disclose trading activities due to unfair trading advantage." So they will do anything to protect DTCC and Hedge funds who naked short our stock. So how can we find out that our stock is naked stock if SEC will not help us out? I hope I am wrong.
