Of course we all have to wait for whatever the attorneys agree upon, but I would not be surprised if Matt gets free bodyguards, and no felony record.

Regardless of how the defendents plead to the criminal charges, they still have to face the SEC civil complaints and with respect to money laundering charges I'm sure a hefty tax bill from the IRS penalties and interest included.
