constant repetition of teh word Bubble suggest that what hapened to a some stocks in the internet and optical and fibre business applied to the whole market. It didn't.
Constant use the word Bubble in this context helped indice the market panic that hopefully we will recover from. I would like to see some improvement in the business climate but on the other hand I for one didn't see that business was about to drop so significantly in Q4 00 so maybe the market is seeing the future now as it did then.
