The deal agreement is signed -- the odds of it not closing are pretty close to zero it seems to me. We have the actual party it's closing with posting on this board saying it's a done deal.
Seems like it's just paperwork that's already completed just processing at this point. Kind of like refinancing a house and everything is done and filed and you're just waiting for that phone call that says "okay, sir, it's official now"
