That is the only explanation because we both well know that any land acquisition requires a complete environmental analysis. Even if this mystery site is real it could have a negatove net worth. NOt unheard of. That site is not even really a big red flag other than its like the ships. They dont even have a product yet LOL They got the cart all bought but havent shown us the horse yet.
