Manti....too many shares out....

at this juncture...IMO....buy-back is complete waste of corporate money...

more importantly, the buy-back was announced in the beginning of August 2009....a lot has changed since then....Dean has made moves which depart from the original plan....

so, it seems consistent to speculate that the buy-back would be scrapped in favor of a future R/s.....

remember, he's working with borrowed money....the lenders are calling the shots.....that's obviated with his involvement with the Mineseekers BVI tax shelter...

I agree the Buyback is going to put Massive pressure on the STock to the upside and I really dont see the MMs letting them get that many cheap shares at these levels.


My guess is QASP will be back shares up as high as .20 before they are done.

With the Float being accumulated like crazy and the Closure of everything we all have been waiting for there is going to be intense Buying Pressure for the rest of the year IMO.

Dean and company have worked Several Years to get the company to this point and you better believe PAY DAY is going to happen for Everyone at Exponentially higher prices.

Chance of a lifetime to get in at the Basement Prices.

A few small Insitutions or Hedgefunds can gobble up most of the float that is left and or some Big Players on IHUB. This stock has so much potential and soon the Float may even end up Under water as all the shares are completely gone with the Accumulation thus causing the Share Price to go to the roof and anyone Shorting this to get completetly anihilated.

Manti, I have one question for you. Do you still think this will hit a dollar sometime by the end of March. Even after the increase in AS. I appreciate your answer in advance thx.
