** JBII - The Ihubbers hired on the BOD and still posting is a red flag, but not the biggest one... 6 in total actually 3 hired and 3 to board
Probably the biggest red flags include:
1. Unproven process - as admitted in the IsleChem PR - manyother companies doing similar P20 conversions.
2. No single well known, established company is involved in this. Its nothing but recently setup LLCs pushing paper and phantom money between each other. ACtually Islechem is a valid company they have hired as is Heddle Marine. However
- AS PTO, LLC - less than 2 months old - ES Resources, LLC - 4 months old and same address and suite as AS PTO - Tampa PTO, LLC - cant prove it exists, or what it does - Ohio P2O, LLC - cant prove it exists, or what it does
3. A $3,000,000 facility being purchased for $130,000. Claims on IHUB that a weathly shareholder gave it to them so they could do good? Google cannot locate any facility like this anywhere
4. A New York Warehouse being purchased for $100,000, but no one knows where it is.
5. JBII representatives going to Washington to talk to Congressmen - with no Congressmen names given, no proof of appointments, no dates.
6. JBII CEO going to an "OIL" conference NOT to talk about the revolutionary Plastic-2-Oil technology, instead to talk about his tape transcription hobby. No verification and who cares it has nothing to do with anything.
7. Acoounting issue Aug 24th, 2009 $1 Million in shares issued for something that hits the books as $10 Million. I wonder what sarbanes and Oxley would say about that Stanfordesque type move?
8. However on Jan 24 2010 a PP id one at .80 for 8 million share issued PPS was 5.60 - NO PR just an 8k
And on and on it goes...this story has more holes than Swiss Cheese...
