Dean is going to do whatever he needs to do to get where he needs to get. its really that simple. its up to you to determine if its all worth it. imo.. it will be all worth it when the time comes.
I personally don't see dilution, just a bigger company. In fact, we could well be getting a greater increase in value than the increase in OS, thus a net gain.
