Mosko has more to worry about than Pike and the SEC. He needs to get some tailor-made BOP prison khakis made before the Feds freeze his financial assets.

A dozen sets of tailor-made BOP khakis ought to last him for the 51 months or so.
The DOJ and IRS are going to chew him up and leave him penniless and incarcerated, just like my "buddy" Nigel A. Ramsay, IMO.
I wonder if the BOP will allow him to take his SpongeBob sponge into the prison showers with him....

I think you may be right. How embarrassing for Pike ... and it can't be too pleasing to his investors ... and it won't do much for his reputation in the industry.
