I believe he bought the last 40 million thinking they would probably be the lowest PPS and the best averaging down PPS .. not figuring on any lawsuits, stiffing the mets or MSG or bouncing checks .. he most likely believed the insiders when they told him
( I'm going to assume he placed a call to M&M at the time of the suspension' I would have in his position ) .. I'll bet he was told - its no big deal, the civil charges will be cleared up or dismissed - we will file, and its business as usual

Math on Pike - Look! all buys were at .037-.04 - Pike is keeping the price up!! If he wanted to accumulate on the cheap why not buy at .02-.03 buy or .03-.035? We had terrible check bouncing news today and the price broke .042 - why???

Its a competition to get the retail shares. Pike looks for faster accumulation. Anyone who has tried to buy at .03 or .034 will completely understand how difficult the wait is trying to fill the orders in the low trade range. He does not have the time for that as he must report his accumulation within 72 hours.

Good luck trying to find a simple explanation for the SP maintaining on such bad news.

The trading is very dimensional. I do not believe there is one answer for what is happening. I do believe that many retail shares where shaken yesterday but really doubt they where picked up by other retailers.

If no 4 filings this week then I would think covering is STILL the driving force.
