Just because Richard is a supporter of a foundation like Mineseeker does not automatically mean he is now a supporter and partner of QASP. That's really jumping the gun to conclude that him and Dean are now business buddies.
If he was so interested in commercializing the Mineseeker technology he would have done it years ago with a small bit of financing.
