My overall target for this rally has long been 1385-1405 with a max overshoot of around 1450. I had serious doubts about it even making it to 1400, but with a little help from its friends, it could make it there and more. You have to wonder when on bad economic news, the dollar jumps sharply up, gold gets whacked, and the market rallies strongly even though it is already sharply overboght. They are getting pretty obvious here, and this seems to be beyond what I understood to be their mission - to stabilize the markets. Perhaps JPM, C, BAC, etc. were all closer to meltdown than was thought.

I dunno, but it sure makes it difficult to trade the market.

Had a great trade on GENZ.. bastids reached down, grabbed my stop at 23.71 and now they take it to 24.. God I hate when that happens.. I use mental stops when I first take the position, but once IM sitting on a decent profit I have to put a solid stop in.. losing what you made hurts worse then just making a little..

Might actually sell some shares I dont own as my next move on some of the bios. Covered IDPH, and hoping they can get it a bit higher here.. I think the nasdaq overshot the turnips numbers by a bit but it wont last..

Zeev, luckily I only sold part of my NVDA holdings. I was considering writing calls on the rest, but decided against it.

So now you see a new bottom for NVDA at 12? Or are you now making NVDA part of the Q?
