Capitalism: The means of production owned by the individual and the individual dictates its use.
Socialism: The means of production owned by the government and the government dictates its use.
Fascism: The means of production owned by the individual and the government dictates its use.
Communism: The means of production owned by the group and the group dictates its use.

Not quite. Your definition of these terms is set up to make it seem like government interference turns a Capitalist society into some kind of Socialist/Fascist society, but the reality is that the foundation of all of these are completely different.

Fascism is a political ideology that seeks to combine radical and authoritarian nationalism with a corporatist economic system. Scholars generally consider it to be on the far right of the traditional left-right political spectrum.

Check it out, Hogsgeteaten. Fascism = right-wing + authoritarianism + corporatist economic system.

Socialism refers to the various theories of economic organization advocating common or direct worker ownership and administration of the means of production and allocation of resources, and a society characterized by equal access to resources for all individuals with a method of compensation based on the amount of labor expended.

Socialism = Equal access to all resources, compensation equal to labor expended.

Communism is a social structure in which classes are abolished and property is commonly controlled, as well as a political philosophy and social movement that advocates and aims to create such a society.

Communism = no classes, authoritarian government control of all property and production.

In the next 3 or 7 years it would be hard to imagine President Obama, himself would present a threat of dictatorship, but the consipracy theory fanatics would say some of his friends, like George Soros have plans for the aftermath of this secular economic meltdown.

How would that happen? Let's say Obama was a complete puppet of an evil mastermind bent on creating a fascist state. Wouldn't the next change in administration foil all of these evil plans? That was the idea of the Founding Fathers to change administrations every 4-8 years. There's no time for even a clever and insidious politician to hoiste the Democracy from under this nation.

The far greater threat to our Democracy is letting money influence our election systems, and that's just what the recent Supreme Court decision did, by lifting contribution limits to campaign funding. This way, a large corporation can effectively "buy" the election by outfunding everyone else. I don't know about you, but if Exxon-Mobile wanted to fund a Congressman in my district for $10 million, I would have no hope of matching that funding for the candidate that I want.

So it's funny that you mention the "conspiracy theorists" as having fears of Obama, but at the same time, the Supreme Court took a chunk of Democracy out of our country in one fell swoop, and the majority of people are silent about it. How about you?
