wahz, on Wednesday I walked in a room which had a TV on CNBC and they where talking about a large company (?) who took over a "small data security play" (?). I wondered to myself immediately how this would affect NENG and my sizeable underwater position. The premium to the smaller company was close to 50% if I remember correctly. A few hours later when I saw what was happening to NENG I became more interested but dammed if I couldn't find who or any news on that merger.
It looks like investors are hoping that data security is ripe for takeover and running up NENG??? Only thing I can think of. Wish I had more information.
