I'm wondering whether BDPS delayed their "pick" because they didn't want the percentage gain to be measured from yesterday's close. Or, they may have just been pissed that they told a few people and it got spread all over. That's the sort of thing that could get them in trouble, so a cooling-off period is a smart move.

Its ticking up now. The smart ones were buying the cheap shares that got dropped. We should close over .40 by EOD, IMO.
