My concern would be that if there was a share swap as part or all of the settlement that the PPS of JPM would start going lower since JPM shareholders, investors and the BOD would view this as bad news. Particularly if they had to issue more shares to cover the swap.
So the shares we would receive would be worth less after a while than they were when the swap first took place. Is this a likely scenerio?
