Chart or Opinion for ACPI.

Take a look and give an opinion of the latest chart formation. BB's are very tight and it almost touched the lower band in today's session. Other indicators seem to be pointing in the right direction, just lacking some volume. It also seems that it's trading 1.6 times projected earnings currently. News for this sector is still negative, but next months earnings release (which are projected to be positive) may change that for this stock.

Anyways, I value your opinion and a technical "look-over" would be most appreciated.
