Timing is what no one knows. If we did we'd all be filthy rich. One thing for sure when the MMs do go long there will be no mistaking it and you'll remember it for the rest of your life. How high? Another tough question, it will make huge gap ups and find a place to settle and then all will have to reevaluate. It would not be out of the question to reach a couple dollars or more. That is not a definite but it may very well do that.
