know stock being bought on the up tick - I know you can short penny stocks - margin requirements can be prohibitive - need to be a big player to be in this dangerious game - ???

is .025 becoming a bottom to bounce or do you believe this is short covering at the end of day - price is so low - most won't short below .25 ps -
