Always the chance that I am dead wrong (I lost my virginity in that area many years ago), but my read was that VTSS was sold off on the rumor that they were to be taken out of the S&P, so I bought it last week on the theory that the selling had been overdone and the news was out.
We shall see. I don't mind not being a virgin, but don't want to be a slut.
