its a controlling intrest stake,the other parts of your post are just nonsense.Dean will put that conglomerate together and he could care less whether the pps is 1,2,3,4,5 cents. in other words, hes breaking deals not trying to make the flippers happy.

You are correct. From the PR, QASP will be a shareholder in Mineseeker, a controlling shareholder, if and when the deal is consummated:

"...to take a controlling share in BVI company, Mineseekers Operations Overseas Ltd, and its subsidiary Mineseeker Operations UK Ltd."

I don't see anything incorrect with the statement. Companies like Google, Microsoft, etc acquire majority shares in companies. It means they are a shareholder. But it also means they are a controlling shareholder.

THIS CONTROLLING STAKE IN MINESEEKER COULD BE AND PROBABLY WILL TURN OUT TO BE MUCH MUCH LARGER THEN ALL OF THE ACQUISITIONS PUT TOGETHER.

THE POTENTIAL "NET" REVENUE TO QUASAR COULD BE 100's OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND THAT IS FOR THIS YEAR.

Geo, I don't keep track of your posts, sorry if that hurts your feelings. As for me cheering, just say what you want, you think I am just a pumper. I am a shareholder that is POSITIVE about my investment. You want to denigrate Kendrick because he does tax shelters for the rich but what about all the great things Mineseeker are working on? It is very easy to discredit people and spin FACTS, so let me make this clear.

That PR was HUGE whether you like it or not. Kendrick would never have agreed to use his good name and that of Mineseeker unless he knew Dean was capable of consummating the deal, and soon. It also tells me Kendrick knows Dean has the finances to take the majority stake. We saw an AS increase that was needed to consummate the loan. All bullish to me and shows we are close to confirmation of the business plan. I have said all along, you can get in for cheap before confirmation, but after, the pps will be much higher. I am very happy to be holding my position tight.
