See the issue is partly a lack of dd on the part of some and the ongoing process of acquiring the funding for this project. As expected , these things take time and as you can see dean doesn't care whether the pps is at 2, 3 ,4,or 5 cents. He's out there making something large happen. And let's face it all the naysayers are dillusional to some basic concepts, dean has been on this for 3 years,he's obviously committed,and to assert a bad motive is clearly irreasonable. All in all fear is a great way to lose money.sit tight all and the market will follow.
