I take it you're not a Bernanke fan...
Don't get me started on what I think of the fiasco we went through this past year. If one had any common sense one would have seen it coming long before that actually... easy credit, low interest rates, people living beyond their means then expecting, no demanding... the Fed bail them out.
But I digress... to put it all in a nutshell Bernanke is trying to "wean the market from emergency measures put in place to keep the economy afloat while a recovery takes root."
