basserdan, tend to agree with Roach and recommend (to friends/family) anyone who's retirement accounts are tied to the markets to take protective action within the next 1-3 months. Call it insurance if you will.

Gold has printed $450 now let's see if it backs off, if it continues on up I may be lightening miners more than normal.
